ONLINE SALES SCHEME
We appreciate that many disabled people or relatives on their behalf, who wish to purchase a wheelchair accessible vehicle, find that the time, travel and effort required to buy a suitable vehicle is often a considerable problem because of their commitments. To help solve this problem we are now introducing an Online Sales Scheme, which is based on a method we have been using for nearly four years and now wish to bring to the attention of more people. During this time we have sold approximately seven out of every ten vehicles using this method, full detail of which are given below.
Our ONLINE SALES SCHEME is based on four very important points when one is considering buying a wheelchair accessible vehicle (WAV), these are:-
QUALITY, SUITABILITY, PRICE AND CUSTOMER SAFEGUARDS.
QUALITY
First and foremost is our Quality Assurance: All vehicles offered on the ‘Online Sales Scheme’, are in first class condition throughout. This is due to our policy of offering for sale only wheelchair accessible vehicles that have low mileages for their year of registration, full service histories and which are in excellent interior and exterior condition.
SUITABILITY
Second is to make sure that you buy a vehicle that suits your needs and unless you have had previous experience, you should study the recommendations contained in our ‘Advice on a vehicle’ page, which will guide you to the right choice. (For details click here).

PRICE
Third and very important are our virtually UNBEATABLE PRICES, when comparing like with like and which include a WARRANTY and FREE DELIVERY for all vehicles.
Please note although we are based in High Wycombe, Bucks, we have been selling Mobility vehicles throughout England and Wales and sometimes as afar as Scotland, for several years and, in fact, this ONLINE SALES SCHEME was developed as a result of our experience at selling vehicles at distances of up to hundreds of miles.
CUSTOMER SAFEGUARDS
One should be sure, before paying for a vehicle, that it is has no finance outstanding on it, that it has not been an insurance total loss, that it is not on the Police Stolen Register and that the odometer reading (the mileage the vehicle has done since new) is correct. This information is to be found on the HPI Database, which is the foremost vehicle database in the UK and is constantly being updated. We supply free the latest HPI Report on the issues mentioned here, to prospective customers, by email attachment or by post, if one does not have an internet connection.
Finally, payment for the vehicle only takes place after it is delivered to the customer with all necessary documentation and is approved by him or her.
Please note that there are two other aspects to the purchase of a vehicle that Silverline Mobility Ltd., can assist customers with and these are Finance and Insurance.
FINANCING THE VEHICLE PURCHASE
For those that may wish to make use of their mobility allowance to pay for a vehicle or want deferred payment, we can arrange Hire Purchase with Southern Finance Ltd., who specialize in the financing of wheelchair accessible vehicles. A deposit from as little as 10% may be put down on the purchase price with the balance to be repaid from one it five years.
INSURANCE
Under the ‘Driveaway Motor Vehicle Insurance’ offered by AVIVA,
(previously known as Norwich Union) we can supply FREE, a seven days Comprehensive Insurance Cover Note, so that the customer can get a Road Fund Licence quickly .
